Consulting
Super-Tek provides a fee-based consulting service to assist homeowners, architects, engineers, specifiers, and contractors. Services include field investigation, analysis, architectural review and recommendation, remedial repair suggestion, as well as expert legal testimony.
Expert witnesses are appointed in order to provide an objective opinion on a certain matter in their field of expertise. The specialist knowledge of an expert witness is often the critical component in establishing the merits of a case.
We treat clients' problems individually - every construction issue is unique, requiring a unique solution.
Please submit a brief but precise description of your problem. A review and analysis of your problem via e-mail is free. After an assessment is made you will receive an e-mail reply. Super-Tek does not accept all offers to consult. Based upon the nature of your issue, Super-Tek will advise whether we wish to accept a consultation arrangement to carry out your request. If we accept, we will forward a contract detailing our fees and services.
If your issue requires only an answer to a question, prepayment via credit card is required. All responses will be made via e-mail or fax. In such cases, we bill in rounded-up increments of half-hours at the rate of $150.00 per hour.
