PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Grout Stain is
a water-based acrylic coating designed for restoring or changing the color
of existing grout joints. It also seals and protects joints from dirt, stains,
wear, and abrasion.
USES: Seals ceramic tile, marble and slate joints on floors, countertops,
etc. Excellent for high traffic areas, walkways, ramps, foyers, entrance
ramps, etc. A must for commercial kitchens and restaurants.
ADVANTAGES: Grout Stain is a high performance sealer that extends
grout joint life and reduces daily maintenance to a minimum. Resists wear,
abrasion, dirt, grease, chemicals, oil, and gasoline. Prevents stains and
is highly water resistant. Dries quickly and clear. Leaves a semi-gloss
shine to the treated surface, enhancing the appearance. Safe, non-hazardous,
and nearly odorless. Grout Stain is repairable--sections of a floor may
be recoated.
LIMITATIONS: Do not use on tumbled marble,
limestone, and other porous tiles or stone.
Do not use over metal or wood substrates. Protect from freezing.
Freeze-thaw stable for five cycles.
COMPOSITIONS AND MATERIALS: Acrylic latex-based compound, supplied
in water and solvent vehicle. Formulated with penetrating, leveling, and
film toughening additives. Grout Stain is used directly from the container
and should not be mixed or diluted with any other additives.
PACKAGING: Packaged in pint (0.47L) metal cans.
COLORS: To match Super-Tek's standard GROUT COLORS.

INSTALLATION: Surface Preparation: The only preparation requirement
is that the surface to be sealed must be clean and dry. Freshly grouted
joints between ceramic tile must be fully cured (28 days) before application.
Application: Simply sponge or paint onto surface. Additional coats
may be readily applied.
Precautions: Avoid contact with skin. In case of contact wash thoroughly
with water. For eyes, get prompt medical attention. Keep out of reach of
children.
Cleaning: Wash with water while fresh.
Storage life: One year if stored in cool, dry location. Close partially
used containers tightly after each use.
MAINTENANCE: Grout Stain is a tough, resilient coating. Rinse
floors with mild soap and water to remove dirt.
WARNING! EYE AND SKIN IRRITANT. BREATHING DUST MAY CREATE LUNG CANCER RISK. CONTAINS CRYSTALLINE SILICA AND PORTLAND CEMENT. Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing. Avoid breathing dust. Wash thoroughly after handling. In case of eye contact, immediately flush with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes, consult a physician immediately.
